Quit snus.Keep yourself.

Leave nicotine pouches behind at your own pace. Log what you take, watch the grip on you weaken, and pick up where you left off when a day goes wrong.

Free to try. No account, no sign-up.

The snusQuit home screen: the grip at 74 percent, ten of eleven pouches logged today, and a minus five percent strike waiting for tomorrow.

Watch it lose its hold

Your addiction, drawn as one thing you can see. Scroll and it gives ground.

100%
The grip

Stay inside your target and you strike once a day. The number goes down and stays down.

Three things most quit apps get wrong

One tap a day

A number you can act on

Log each pouch as you take it. Stay inside your target and you get to strike: the grip visibly shrinks. Go over and it claws some back. All of your progress in one figure you understand at a glance.

The insights screen: 51 euros saved, 202 pouches skipped, a longest streak of 13 days, and 2.4 grams of nicotine avoided.

Your pace

Step down weekly, or stop outright

Cold turkey works for some people. For everyone else there is a taper: fewer pouches each day, one step lower each week, until you reach zero. At the end of each week the app asks where to set the next target. You decide, and the plan follows.

The end of week two: an average of 8.7 a day, with a choice between holding at nine or pushing down to eight.

Bad days

A slip does not undo you

Record it and carry on. Your history stays, your savings stay, and the count picks up from where you are. Quitting is hard enough without an app that starts you over.

A month in the calendar: mostly days on plan, one red day over the line on the 18th, and the run carrying on either side of it.

A year without them, in numbers

At ten pouches a day, this is what a year adds up to.

0

pouches not taken

0

not spent on nicotine

0

of nicotine avoided

Worked out from ten pouches a day at 12 mg. The app does the same sum with your own numbers, and only counts the days you actually logged.

What else is in there

Beat the craving in three minutes

A breathing exercise with a longer out-breath than in, which is the part that actually settles you. Free forever, with or without a subscription.

The numbers, honestly

Money you did not spend, pouches you did not take, nicotine you avoided, and your longest run without one. All of it from what you actually logged.

Milestones worth reaching

A week free, a month, a year. Ten euros kept, a hundred, a thousand. Nothing is handed to you for opening the app.

Every day on one screen

A calendar of clean days, days on plan and days over the line. Fill in one you missed, or mark it unknown if you honestly cannot remember.

Share it, or do not

Turn your progress into a card and send it to whoever you like. Nothing is ever posted on your behalf.

In English and German

The app follows your device language, and you can switch it by hand in the profile at any time.

Your data stays yours

No account. No sign-up. No email address. No tracking, no advertising IDs, no analytics.

There is no server

We run none for this app, so your consumption, your history and your reasons for quitting never reach us. We could not read them if we wanted to.

It lives on your phone

Everything is kept in protected app storage. If you have iCloud backup switched on, your iPhone includes it there — that backup sits in your own Apple account, not with us.

Uninstalling removes it

No leftover profile, nothing to request, nothing to delete. What was on the phone goes with the app.

Good to know

What does it cost?

The app is free to use for your first 8 calendar days, and it only locks once you have also been active on at least 5 separate days. After that, logging new days needs a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Your calendar and history stay readable either way, and the breathing exercise stays free permanently.

Do I have to quit all at once?

No. You choose when you start: stop outright, or step down week by week from what you take now until you reach zero. The pace follows what you actually do, not a fixed promise.

What happens if I have a bad day?

You record it and the app carries on. Your history and your savings stay, and the count picks up from where you are. Nothing resets to zero.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything except the purchase itself happens on your device, with no connection needed.

Is this medical advice?

No. snusQuit is not a medical device and gives no medical or treatment advice. If you are considering nicotine replacement therapy or have health concerns, talk to a doctor or a pharmacist.
